Valley Voices

Rehearsals are Tuesday nights, 7-8:30pm at the First Presbyterian in Ellensburg.

This mixed-voice choir, led by director Lee Bates, performs a wide variety of music from classical & show tunes to folk & pop. No audition necessary; open to high school students through senior citizens. Recent news article.

Kittitas Children's Choir

For grades 1-8! Led by Sue Wilson, this choir is still going strong after many years. 4-5pm on either Tues or Thurs. Tuition is less than $200 for the entire school year. Old news article: Daily Record 

Ellensburg Women's Chorus

Meets Monday nights, 7pm in Ellensburg High School choir room.

Singing Hills Barbershop Chorus

Rehearsals are Tuesdays, 7:30-9pm at the Adult Activity Center in Ellensburg.

This specialty choir of 8-12 members (mixed-voice, though often sing music written for men) started in 1983 and is especially popular on Valentine's Day when they offer "singing telegrams." No audition necessary.

Ellensburg Bluegrass Meet-Up

This group communicates on Facebook for jam sessions. All are welcome and music is available beforehand. Join the group for more info.


Old Skool's on Sunday Nights

Every Sunday, 7-9ish, at Old Skool's on Main Street in downtown Ellensburg. This is a great place to show off your hard work, practice your stage presence, and meet other musicians of all kinds. Dr. Dave

You may have seen Dr. Dave singing folk songs for children at any of our local elementary schools, the public library, community events, or even at private parties. He often collaborates with friends. Keep an eye out for Dr. Dave's appearances around town! (Old news article: Daily Record)
