We sing with Ida Nason Aronica Elementary's choir for their school's winter concert. There is an afternoon performance for the school as well as an evening performance for the public.
Part choral classics & original compositions, part rock-n-roll & pop music. A beautiful church setting, a full rock band, special guest performers & readings. This concert is one of a kind - you don't want to miss it!
We welcome new singers year-round. See more information below, or click this button & show up on Tuesday!
All are invited to our weekly after-rehearsal dinners.
Founded around 2012 by Ellensburg's own Lee Bates, this "do-good" choir has raised thousands of dollars for local non-profits & performed with dozens of special guest artists.
We are a non-auditioned, mixed-voice (SATB) choir, open to older teens & up under the direction of Jan Jaffe. (Jan is owner, founder, & director of Make Music Ellensburg.)
We are also welcoming & supportive of one another's musical & personal growth, & all are invited to our weekly post-rehearsal social hour.
We have several seasons each year with a wide variety of repertoire. Our approximate schedule:
Register here & then show up (or vice-versa)! Our Spring Season will start Tuesday, January 14, 2025, & new members are welcome.

(We are on break in July & over the winter holidays. Watch our Facebook page for schedule changes.)
Each Zip has Soprano, Alto, Tenor, & Bass parts. Once you think you know it, try practicing your part while listening to a different part. (That's when it really gets fun!)
Hope, a poem by Emily Dickinson, is set to music by Dr. John Pickett, 2021, for the Kittitas County Virtual Choir on the anniversary of the Covid-19 pandemic in Washington State.
To our neighbors, friends, & family, as well those across the globe - we wish you peace inside & out.
Produced with the generous support of the Ellensburg Arts Commission.
To our singers - we are so proud of your hard work & kind hearts.
